  • Processing times : 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping options:

    • Standard Delivery (France): 2–5 working days • €6

    • Express Delivery (France/EU): 24–48 hours • €12

    • Free delivery in France for purchases over €50.

  • Package tracking: A tracking number will be sent to you by email.

  • Delays: Contact us at: support@lumessencebougies.fr for any assistance.

• • Candles are carefully packaged in recyclable materials. In case of damage during transport, photograph the package and contact us within 48 hours.

Return and Refund Policy

  • 14-Day Returns: You can return your unused candle, in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.

  • Personalized products: Non-refundable except in case of defect.

  • Defects: Contact us within 14 days for an exchange or full refund.

  • Return costs: At your expense, except in the event of an error on our part.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the return.
